Fresh Pressed Juices
No juicer needed. Just a blender, a strainer, and five minutes.
I resisted juicing for years because I thought I needed an expensive juicer to do it properly. Turns out all I needed was my blender and a fine mesh strainer. These are the juice recipes I make on repeat, every single one is made with real ingredients, zero powders, and absolutely no equipment you do not already own.
How to Make Fresh Juice Without a Juicer
This is the little blender method that made fresh juice feel possible in my real kitchen.
Blend Until Bright
I add the chopped produce and cold water to my blender, then blend everything on high for 60 seconds until the mixture looks smooth, colorful, and fully broken down.
Strain It Slowly
I pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag set over a bowl, then let the juice collect while I press gently.
Serve It Cold
I squeeze well, pour the fresh juice over ice into a mason jar, and drink it right away because that first cold sip is always the best one.
Made's Note
If juicing has felt too expensive or complicated, let this be your permission to start with the blender you already own. Fresh juice should feel joyful, not fussy.
