How We Write and Review Recipes
Practical food guidance with clear ingredients and sources for health claims.
Recipes should help you make something
A useful recipe explains the ingredients, preparation, likely flavor, and ways to adjust the result. Blender strength, fruit size, and packaged ingredients vary, so approximate timing and yield are labeled accordingly.
Experience and evidence
We do not present invented personal trials or health outcomes as Made's experience. A recipe idea is not a clinical study, and research on one ingredient does not establish that a whole drink has the same effect. Articles discussing health claims link to sources such as public health agencies or published research.
Nutrition figures
We do not publish exact nutrition totals without a documented basis. Use your ingredient labels and actual quantities if you need a personal estimate. Substitutions and serving sizes change the result.
Images and variations
Recipe images are illustrations and serving ideas, including AI-created imagery. Your drink's color and texture may differ. Preparation tips are there to help you make adjustments rather than reproduce a photograph exactly.
Corrections
If a quantity, step, or source needs checking, send the page link and the specific issue. Older overlapping articles are combined when one stronger guide can answer the question more clearly.
