Ingredients for this Delicious One-Pot Chicken Pasta Recipe: Quick & Easy
400g Pasta
1 Medium Size Red Onion
300g cherry tomatoes
350g chicken breast
5 fresh sliced basil leaves
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
Directions
To start this one-pot chicken pasta recipe,
chop your onion
slice the cherry tomatoes
Slice the basil leaves
Chop, slice, or mince the garlic whichever you prefer
slice the chicken into cubes or any shape you like
In a large pan, put in the pasta, the sliced cherry tomatoes, the chicken, the onions, the minced garlic, and the sliced fresh basil leaves
Add a tablespoon of Olive oil
Add a teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, a teaspoon of herb de province
Pour a liter of water into the pan and mix very well
Cover the pan and place on the stove to cook.
let it cook on low heat for about 15 minutes
Do not hesitate to mix regularly after 15 minutes using locking tongs
After 15 minutes, add 100ml of fresh heavy cream
After adding the heavy cream, put it on high heat and keep mixing with the locking tongs or fork whatever you prefer
Add 60g of Parmesan cheese
After adding the Parmesan cheese, mix and let it cook for another 5 minutes
After the 5 minutes, turn off the heat and use your tongs to mix for a while
There should be a little water left at the bottom of the pan to form a sauce just like in the picture
Shift the pasta to the side to ensure the water has formed a sauce.
Cover the pan, take it off the stove, set aside, and let it rest for some minutes before serving.
