Return, Refund, and Resend Policy for MadesHealthyTreats.com
Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Madeshealthytreats.com offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).
c. The products need to be returned to madeshealthytreats if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.
Except for the important interpretation, madeshealthytreats will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
1. Orders Delayed
MadesHealthyTreats.com (hereafter referred to as “Mades Healthy Treats”) will address disputes for delayed orders according to the following timelines:
- For orders shipped to the USA: 45 days after departure from our warehouse.
- For Brazil: 110 days after departure from MadesHealthyTreats warehouse.
- For MadesHealthyTreats Liquid Line: 100 days after departure from the warehouse.
- Special shipping methods: MadesHealthyTreats cannot handle disputes for some methods.
Notes:
- Local post office issues may cause delays; customers are encouraged to contact their local post office for resolution.
- Delivery to self pick-up cabinets in Israel may cause extended delivery times.
2. Orders not Received
MadesHealthyTreats will not refund or resend if tracking information confirms delivery. Requirements for non-delivery certification:
- Non-delivery certification from local post office with an official seal.
- Tracking information alert reasons include incorrect address, no such number, unknown recipient, refused, etc.
Notes:
- Unclaimed packages returned to local post office after 1-3 attempts.
- MadesHealthyTreats is not responsible for lost products during return if undelivered orders are not processed.
3. Products Damaged
MadesHealthyTreats offers a full refund or replacement for badly damaged packages and a partial refund or replacement for partially damaged packages.
Notes:
- Fragile products are recommended for a refund.
- No refunds for damaged packing boxes due to international delivery.
- Complaints for ordinary, electronic products must be filed within 30 days.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
Madeshealthytreats addresses incorrect or missing products as follows:
- Full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
- Refund or resend for products with wrong color, size (non-functional).
- Resend for missing accessories.
Notes:
- Size problems require measurement photos for quick resolution.
5. Orders Cancellation
Full refund for order cancellations before warehouse processing. Exceptions for POD, preorder inventory, video, and photo orders.
6. Important Interpretation
- Disputes can’t be opened if order status is closed.
- Force Majeure: MadesHealthyTreats not liable for product damage or shipping delay due to uncontrollable events.
- Shipping method limits for certain untrackable methods.
- Destination limits for specific countries.
- Returns only accepted at MadesHealthyTreats China warehouses within 30 days.
- remote addresses will be charged additional cost.
7. Service Products
Service product disputes:
- No refund for product cost in case of damage or shipping delay.
- Bad quality disputes not accepted if the supplier is not MadesHealthyTreats.
- MadesHealthyTreats may not accept disputes for service products without quality checking inspection.
8. Unacceptable Disputes
MadesHealthyTreats does not accept unreasonable disputes,
including buyer preferences, e.g The buyer does not like the product

unusual smells,
wrong orders,
incorrect shipping addresses,
pre-negotiated product differences,
